The Department of Student Support plays a vital role in the College’s ability to respond to local and regional business needs whilst serving the community we are so proudly a part of. The provision of a high quality support service across the College is therefore central to our success and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to work with us to achieve our future goals.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent administration skills who can support the Student Services Manager with monitoring, tracking, forecasting and facilitating payment of the various Bursary Funds, ensuring that statutory guidance is adhered to and that the funds remain within budget. The job role will also include to oversee accurate EHCP records within college systems, reports and communications to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that records are updated in line with the annual review cycle. You will be qualified to Level 4 in a relevant subject, or have a willingness to achieve this, with a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft applications, and other relevant data applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Title: Student Support Administration Officer
Salary: JFG 4, from SCP 22 (£29,382) to SCP 26 (£32,978) per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE, Permanent/Business Support
