We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who is committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning within Engineering mathematics . The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry practice and will be able to translate this into engaging, structured learning that develops learners’ technical knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering both theory and practical sessions, ensuring curriculum intent is clear, sequencing supports progression, and assessment drives achievement. You will contribute to a professional, industry aligned learning environment, preparing learners for progression into employment, apprenticeships, or higher level study.
Working closely with curriculum leaders and employer partners, you will support the ongoing development of the Engineering mathematics curriculum, ensuring it reflects current industry standards and regional skills priorities. A strong focus on quality, consistency, and learner outcomes is essential, alongside effective communication, organisation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A positive, professional approach and the ability to inspire learners and support colleagues will be key to success in this role.

Salary: From SCP 24 £32,494 to SCP 34 £43,674 per annum (pro rata for part time) salary based on qualifications and experience There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.
